GTM Lead

Build and execute our go-to-market strategy from scratch. Own outbound, partnerships, and the full funnel from first touch to close. You'll work directly with the founders to define how we grow.

What you'll do

  • Build and run outbound campaigns targeting fleet operators and trucking companies
  • Own the full sales funnel — prospecting, qualification, and closing
  • Identify and develop partnership channels (brokers, associations, load boards)
  • Set up and iterate on the CRM, tooling, and GTM infrastructure

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in a GTM, sales, or growth role at an early-stage startup
  • Experience selling into SMBs or the transportation/logistics industry is a plus
  • Data-driven — you track what works and cut what doesn't
  • High agency — you build the machine, not just run it
