Sales Development Rep

Prospect and qualify owner-operators and fleet managers across the US. You'll be the first voice fleet operators hear from Postral — setting the tone for how we build relationships in the industry.

What you'll do

  • Run high-volume outbound via phone, SMS, and email to trucking companies
  • Qualify leads based on fleet size, renewal date, and current coverage
  • Book demos and hand off to the GTM lead for closing
  • Maintain clean pipeline data and share weekly feedback on what's resonating

What we're looking for

  • 1+ year of outbound sales or cold calling experience
  • Thick skin and genuine curiosity — you enjoy talking to people
  • Trucking or insurance background is a bonus, not a requirement
  • Hungry to grow into a closing role
